Fluorine specialty chemicals consider as highly advance technical industry, therefore research and development is the main objective of the Company. R&D Center was set up at the same period of establishment of Taiwan fluoro Technology. It currently governs two R&D department for responsible of research and development and technical support services of fluorine specialty chemicals and fluorocarbon repellant products.

Recent achievements of Research and Revelopment:

A.	Fluorinated mold release agent project: The main use of synthetic resin, rubber and other industrial mold release treatment agent.
B.	fluorine anti-fog agent project: Mainly used as additive for agricultural greenhouse film
C.	optical dyes: Dye for DVD, CD-R, CD-ROM
D.	fluorine water and oil repellents: mainly used in the textile industry and the technology industry
E.	PU water repellent: mainly used in the synthesis of PU leather industry
